Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Products
Meridian is a digital publishing platform. All books and content are delivered digitally — there are no physical products involved. Due to the nature of digital products, we have specific refund conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed or delivered, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- The content delivered is significantly different from the product description
- Technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing the purchased content
- Duplicate or erroneous charges on your account
- The order was placed in error and the content has not been accessed or delivered yet
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Content that has been fully accessed, read, or downloaded
- Change of mind after the digital content has been delivered
- Inability to read or use content due to the customer's own device or software limitations
- Free reading offer content (no payment was made)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the order
- Order details (book title, order date)
- Reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund will be returned to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
