By accessing and using Meridian ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Meridian

Meridian is a digital publishing platform operated from Pakistan. We provide digital books, literary content, blog articles, and limited-time free reading offers to our users. All content is delivered digitally — there is no physical product shipping.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (commenting, free reading offers, purchasing), you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Orders & Payments

All prices on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected book. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

After successful payment confirmation, the purchased digital book will be delivered to you via email, WhatsApp, or direct platform access. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Digital Content & Licensing

Purchased digital content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, share, or resell purchased content
• Copy or reproduce content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
• Upload purchased content to file-sharing platforms

6. Free Reading Offers

Meridian may offer limited-time free reading campaigns. These offers:

• Are available only to registered, logged-in users
• Have specific start and end dates set by the administrator
• May be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice
• Do not constitute ownership or permanent access to the content

7. User Conduct

Users must not post offensive, abusive, defamatory, or spam content on the Platform. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Comments are subject to moderation and may be hidden or removed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Meridian — including books, blog posts, images, logos, and platform design — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Meridian is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
