1. Digital-Only Delivery
Meridian is a digital publishing platform. All books and content are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved in any of our services. No physical goods are dispatched to any address.
2. How Digital Books Are Delivered
After successful payment confirmation, your purchased book will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Email delivery: The full book PDF will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout
- WhatsApp delivery: The book may be delivered to the phone number provided at checkout
- Platform access: Some content may be made available directly through your Meridian account
3. Delivery Timeframe
Digital content delivery is typically completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In most cases, delivery happens within a few hours. If you do not receive your order within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
4. Free Reading Offers
Limited-time free reading content is accessible directly through the Platform. No separate delivery is required — simply log in to your account and visit the Free Reading section during the active offer period.
5. Preview Content
Book previews (first 5–10 pages) are available for free on each book's detail page. Previews can be viewed online in your browser without any purchase or account requirement.
6. Technical Requirements
To access our digital content, you need:
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- A stable internet connection
- A PDF-compatible viewer for downloaded book files
- An active email address or WhatsApp-enabled phone number for delivery
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues receiving your purchased content, please contact us immediately. We will resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
